Jennifer Ventrelle MS, RDN

Registered Dietitian  |  Mindfulness Teacher

Jennifer Ventrelle integrates over 19 years of experience in clinical nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness-based interventions to help people live healthier lives, lose weight, manage stress, and reduce inflammation and risk for dementia .

She is a registered dietitian nutritionist certified in adult weight management and qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness.

Jennifer is the founder of CHOICE Nutrition and Wellness, LLC, the Lead Dietitian for the MIND Diet Trial to Prevent Alzheimer's Disease, and an Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center.
