General Policies

  • Check-in and payment are required for all participants prior to, not after, class.

  • Payment for individual services are paid at time of service.

  • For all sessions, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session in order to check-in at the front desk and get situated. 

  • Please complete all intake forms prior to your first appointment and/or class. 

  • Some classes, workshops and/or events may be recorded.  Please complete a photo release form when you arrive.

  • If someone is not at the front desk, please be seated and your practitioner will come meet you.

  • If you are late for a private session, it will end at the original end time.

  • Please keep conversations at a whisper level in all common areas.

  • Please turn off your phone when you arrive. Cell phones should be used outside of the space.

  • Filtered water and cups are available, but we encourage you to bring your own water bottle.

  • No gum or food during class.

  • Inform the instructor before class if you are pregnant or have any injuries or health concerns that may require special attention.

  • Outside (or personal) photos/videos are not allowed during class.

  • Please respect others by maintaining proper hygiene and modesty, and refrain from wearing heavy fragrances to class.

  • We are not responsible for lost, abandoned or stolen items. 

  • Center for Healing & Integration has the right to refuse admittance to anyone who is disturbing the peace and serenity of others.

Cancellation Policies

Classes, Workshops & Events

  • Full payment will be charged if you cancel a reservation with less than 24-hour notice.

  • Full payment will be charged for no-shows.

  • We require at least three (3) participants to register for a class in order to hold it. If a class is canceled due to low registration or other reasons, you will be notified by email and refunded for the canceled class.

Individual Sessions

  • A fee will be charged if you cancel an individual session with less than a 24-hour notice.  The fee will be determined by your practitioner.

  • No shows are subject to a fee determined by your practitioner.

  • Please directly email your practitioner 24 hours in advance to cancel.
