Through extensive personal and professional experience, Jennifer has a strong understanding of how our mental and physical health are intricately linked and the need for a holistic approach to overall health and well-being. Mindfulness is often at the center of Jennifer’s work with clients as she believes “It is our ability to be fully present in our lives that fosters greater self-awareness and the possibility for change.”

Jennifer utilizes a trauma-informed, integrated approach that is customized to meet the needs of each unique client. She has experience working with diverse clients, including neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC identities, on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, physical health/mind-body connection, life transitions and general stress management. Above all, Jennifer brings a strong sense of compassion and curiosity to her work to create a safe and welcoming environment for all her clients.

 

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She also has prior experience as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with training through Duke Integrative Medicine and additional healthcare-related work experience with her prior career in market research at the American Medical Association.
