ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a gentle, ancient healing therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves the placement of very thin, sterile needles at specific points on the body to restore balance and stimulate the body’s natural healing response. By activating the body’s energy pathways, known as meridians, acupuncture improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps calm the nervous system.

For those who are sensitive to needles, acupressure (gentle touch or pressure on acupuncture points) can be used instead. Sessions may also include cupping, gua sha, or heat therapy to deepen relaxation and enhance therapeutic results.

Acupuncture can help with:

  • Stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Chronic pain or tension (neck, back, shoulders, joints)

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Digestive issues or bloating

  • Hormonal imbalance and menstrual discomfort

  • Sleep difficulties or insomnia

  • Low energy or fatigue

  • Emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation

Most clients experience the following benefits of Acupuncture:

  • Restored energetic and physical balance throughout the body

  • Reduced pain, inflammation, and muscle tension naturally

  • Calm mind and emotional well-being

  • Deeper, more restful sleep

  • Improved digestion and immune function

  • Regulated hormones and supported reproductive health

  • A sense of groundedness, clarity, and inner peace
