Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic Therapist, Yoga/Meditation Teacher
Elle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Yoga/Meditation Teacher who blends traditional therapy with holistic healing practices. Trained in Reiki, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT), and Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT), she brings an integrative approach to counseling, yoga, and meditation—offered both in-person and online. Elle is also a professional circus performer and fire dancer (stage name Ellement) and a certified Aerial Yoga instructor.
In her counseling work, Elle specializes in trauma recovery, stress and anxiety management, life transitions, and mind–body–spirit integration. She has led trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and movement practices for seniors, adults with brain injuries, individuals in recovery, and children and teens navigating mental health challenges. “I am passionate about helping people reconnect to themselves, strengthen their mind–body–spirit connection, and awaken to their authentic sense of purpose.”​​​
