Mindfulness Training

Improve your response to stress, accept the present moment, and enhance the observing power of the mind by learning and practicing practical mindfulness techniques with guidance.


Calm the body and examine habitual patterns of the mind with Yoga, a practice based on a combination of breath and movements enhancing each other.


Develop coping skills, perspective and general well-being and address goals and symptoms with support and com-passionate guidance for individuals and couples.

Yoga Therapy

Feel better physically, psychologically and spiritually. Yogic principles such as breathwork, gentle movement and meditation are used with individuals and small groups.

Reiki/Energy Healing

Reiki is a complementary, holistic healing practice that promotes balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is an energetic practice that supports the body’s own natural healing abilities. Reiki is safe, gentle, and non-invasive. The client connects with Reiki through the practitioner’s hands which can be held over or placed lightly on the physical body

Sound Bath

Calm the mind and activate your body’s natural healing systems with this auditory experience that typically involves gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes.

Art Therapy

Art therapy involves the use of creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, coloring, or sculpting to help people express themselves artistically and examine the psychological and emotional undertones in their art

Develop a comprehensive sense of well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self awareness. Teachers train and guide practice of techniques for concentration and awareness.

Nutrition Coaching

Prevent chronic disease and cognitive decline, achieve long term weight loss goals and reduce inflammation. Coaches guide and support healthy food and lifestyle choices.

Chinese Medicine

Restore balance and health with the alternative approach that can involve acupuncture, cupping, Gua sha, eastern nutrition and herbal formulas.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

Vibrational sound therapy can retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. This one-on-one service uses therapeutic singing bowls placed on the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.

Create your own private group session or event with a service or a combination of services. For groups of 2-12, this can promote bonding and healing for your group.
