HOLISTIC GROUP THERAPY HEALING SESSIONS
At the Center for Healing & Integration in Westmont, our group sessions offer a supportive, shared space for healing.
These sessions combine somatic therapy, mindfulness, sound healing, reiki, and guided meditation to support your mind, body, and spirit in a gentle and accessible way.
You don’t have to do this alone.

A body-based group experience that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper awareness.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided somatic practices, you’ll learn to listen to your body and build a sense of safety from within.

RESONATE: GROUP SOUND HEALING
A deeply restorative experience using sound and vibration to calm the nervous system and support emotional balance.
These sessions use crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gentle tones to guide your body into a state of rest and regulation.
This group may be supportive if you are:

having difficulty relaxing or slowing down

needing rest without effort or processing
This is a space where you don’t have to do anything but receive.
