It offers space to talk things through, develop new insights, and begin to feel more grounded.
If things feel held in your body
You might be drawn to somatic therapy.
This can be helpful if stress shows up physically, or if it’s been hard to shift things through talking alone.
It’s a gentle way to begin reconnecting with your body and releasing some of what’s been held there.
If you're needing a rest or reset
You might be drawn to more restorative sessions like Reiki or sound healing.
These experiences offer a different kind of support with less talking, more space to rest, settle, and receive.
